Organicology 2019:

"The Study of a Sustainable Food Future" is the theme of Organicology 2019, taking place February 14-16, 2019 at the Hilton Downtown Portland. 

Three days of education, inspiration, connection, and fun—that’s the core spirit of Organicology. The schedule is organized for maximum time learning, networking and socializing, with breaks, social opportunities and celebratory events.

Organicology involves a wide variety of stakeholders—from farmers/farm laborers, processors, distributors and brokers, to retailers, nonprofits, service providers, educators/researchers, certifiers, and eaters.
